1. The Clinical Instructor, who is given RECORDS LOGIN INFO, may complete the Student MT-SCC Record online
OR by paper and snail mail.
Edit the online record by clicking "Edit," and don't forget to "Save and Exit." The student will "pass-off" the skills listed on the MTSCC with the Clinical Instructor, who will be noting the pass-off date for each skill listed on the student's MTSCC record.
2. The Student and/or Lab/Clinical Instructor will notify Program Instructor of Clinical Instructor completed online Student MT-SCC OR send a Clinical Instructor completed/signed paper Student MT-SCC to the Program Instructor via snail mail ASAP.

The Program Instructor will then sign the Student Clinical Instructor completed/signed MTSCC, award a NURSE AIDE TRAINING PROGRAM CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION (which will be included at the bottom of the Student's COMPLETED MTSCC RECORD ONLINE), and release the student's Headmaster candidate record for testing. (Notification will be sent to student and Clinical Instructor.)
3. "PRINT" the student's ONLINE COMPLETED (Program Instructor signed) MTSCC for instructor, employer and student records.
TEST PROCTOR NOTE: The Program Instructor enters the candidate in the Headmaster database for the MT-State CNA Exam after class sign-up/payment is made. The test proctor may schedule the student's state exam after the student's Headmaster candidate record has been released for testing. THE PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR CAN ADMINISTER THE STUDENT EXAM(s) IN MILES CITY, IF DESIRED, BUT STUDENT COMPLETION OF CNA EXAM REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT IS REQUIRED via THE MAIN WEBSITE LINK BELOW.
